	Ever since the idea of CSA Real Estate came in to being in 2001, the management team has always envisioned creating Investor Alliances for a Real Estate Development project. Now with many years of Sales and Consultative Experience under its belt, the team at CSA Real Estate is closer to the realization of that dream.

The Location

Keeping the great vision of Dubai and its many miraculous developments as our guide, we have chosen Jumeirah Village South as the location for our first ever development project. This project is located at the intersection between the Emirates Road, Al Khail Road and Barsha Road making it easily accessible from all major highways, malls, business and residential areas of Dubai. The plots for our 3 towers are amount a total of only 14 plots being built around an iconic Central Park also having a large lake running through it.
